Introducing Branson's New Look
On October 1, 2020 Branson unveiled new school branding. Following an announcement by students in the morning all-school Assembly, Branson sent a letter to the community showcasing the school's new look and feel.
The past couple of years have been marked by an assessment of Branson's shared values and priorities, and a renewed commitment to bringing them to life. After Chris Mazzola joined Branson as Head of School in 2016, she – in partnership with the Board, faculty/staff, alumni, and many others – worked to develop our new strategic plan. A Look Ahead. A Purpose Beyond, announced in 2018, made a bold statement about the character, values, and priorities of the school, then and in the future.
Since then, the entire Branson community has been deeply engaged in putting that strategic vision to action and the school wanted a way to signal Branson's evolution to all. As Branson reaches its Centennial in the fall of 2020, it is an important time for the school to honor its first century and look to the second.
After over a year's worth of work involving Board members, administrators, faculty/staff, students, and alumni, Branson proudly unveiled its new branding on Thursday, October 1, 2020.
The rebrand encompasses both the school and athletics – with new system of logos, an updated version of the school's existing bull mascot, and more. Read the FAQ to learn more about this project. And let students tell you a story about Branson today, and what the new tagline means for everyone in the Branson community. These words are meant to echo the character and qualities of our community members, who are truly the backbone of everything Branson does.
