Celebrating the Class of 2020 Graduation

On Friday, June 5, Branson celebrated our Centennial class – the Class of 2020 – with a graduation ceremony in two parts.

9 am – Graduation Diploma Parade
In a fun, celebratory “drive-through ceremony” our seniors came to campus in elaborately decorated cars with their families (and a few pets). As the faculty and staff and their families cheered them on, they received their diplomas, posed for photos under our traditional floral graduation arch, and made their final procession through campus. Watch the live stream recording

5 pm – Virtual Graduation Ceremony
In the evening, we honored the Class of 2020 in a virtual ceremony reminiscent of Branson's traditional graduation. The hour-long program included presentations by two student speakers chosen by the class, music, remarks from Head of School Chris Mazzola, slideshow tributes to the class, and special messages from California First Partner Jennifer Siebel Newsom '92 and Golden State Warriors Coach Steve Kerr. Watch the ceremony | See the program

The Class of 2020 Centennial Bridge
The bridge over Ross Creek that leads to the academic quad has been renamed and will now be called "The Class of 2020 Centennial Bridge" in honor of this graduating class.
