This morning, Branson leadership announced a new partnership with Thomas Cuisine to provide wholesome and delicious food for our school community. They will replace Epicurean as our culinary service provider beginning in January 2025.
Thomas Cuisine’s commitment to scratch-cooked meals made from fresh, naturally sourced ingredients supports our mission by nourishing our students and helping them thrive. With a focus on balanced, tasty meals, Thomas Cuisine offers a variety of seasonal dishes and custom options that cater to diverse dietary needs. Whether it’s gluten-free, vegetarian, or high-protein meals, each dish is thoughtfully prepared to fuel our students' success. Learn more.
This change comes after an extensive, national search led by a team of Branson community members, including administrators, staffulty, parents, and students. This group considered and evaluated several of the finest food service companies nationally, and considered feedback from parents, students, and staffulty in the decision-making process.
We are thrilled that Chef Marcus Trigg will continue to lead our culinary program as Branson’s Executive Chef & Director of Culinary Services, a role he stepped into in August 2024 after working at Branson with Epicurean since 2014.
Lunchtime at Branson is special, and that will not change. Many favorite dishes will still be on the menu, along with some new favorites-to-be. At the same time, our school community will see improvements such as new digital signage, new pop-up stations, more in-depth information about ingredients and nutritional content, and other educational information to help us all make healthier dining choices.
We are pleased to welcome the Thomas Cuisine team to Branson in January. Together, we’ll continue to build the positive and engaging dining culture at Branson, where students and staffulty enjoy meals that support their well-being and foster a sense of community.
