Branson invites our community to campus for three of our favorite annual traditions – all on one night!
6 pm - Community Soup Gathering in the Commons, featuring the "Empty Bowls" fundraiser benefiting the San Francisco/Marin Food Bank
6:30 pm - Student Senate Presents: Annual Tree Lighting with music by the Branson Singers
7-9 pm - Winter Arts Festival, including:
- Student art on display in New House Galleries
- Instrumental and vocal performances by Music ll: Ensemble Workshop & Music I: Roots of Americana & Music I: Intro to Chamber Music in the Theater and Maxwell Music Hall
- Advanced Acting students perform an abridged version of A Christmas Carol in the Theater
- Hot beverages and cookies hosted by our Parents’ Association in Maxwell Quad
Join us for an evening of art, music, theater, food, community, and joy!
Admissions is free for all events and no tickets are required.
Please note: Parking for this event is on Tom Ryan Field – even if you have a reserved spot on campus. For those who have mobility challenges in climbing the brick stairs from the field, you are welcome to park in the back parking lot; we recommend arriving early to secure a spot. The upper parking lot will be closed for this event.
