Island School

For nearly a decade, students have been traveling to The Island School in Eleuthera, The Bahamas, to learn about native ecosystems and environmental sustainability by experiencing it first-hand.

During this trip, students work on scientific research projects with Cape Eleuthra Institute, explore coral reefs and beautiful blue holes, SCUBA dive and snorkel with tropical fish, sea kayak, meet locals, and work with local schools.

After taking part in the trip, some students choose to go and spend a semester abroad at The Island School.
