Science
See the world through a new lens.
Scientific inquiry has the power to enrich students’ understanding of the natural world and positively see their relationship with it. We encourage our students to pursue the study of nature while making deep and wise impacts on this earth, our only home.
In Branson science classes, students will sharpen their habits of intelligent inquiry, thoughtful research, organized experimentation, and critical analysis and use these skills in other academic work and everyday life. They will be able to express scientific ideas clearly, interpret data, and organize a diverse body of material into a coherent whole.
As a Branson science student, you will learn cooperatively with your peers as you come to gain perspective on, and gain a better understanding, of the natural world and your role in it. You will gain confidence in your scientific abilities and any interest you might develop in pursuing science beyond high school. Branson science teachers will help you cultivate an open – but critical – mind, so you can revel in the wonder of scientific understanding and inquiry.
