We’re so pleased that you’ve chosen to visit our website to learn more about Branson.  Choosing a high school is an exciting and challenging journey. Fortunately, you have months in front of you to explore and discover which school is the best fit.  We’re glad you’re considering Branson as a potential home.

Branson offers a warm, cohesive community centered on intellectual engagement and care for each individual. Teachers at Branson are dedicated to both their academic craft, as well as to their multi-dimensional roles as advisors, coaches, and mentors. Branson is deeply steeped in its Honor Code, which holds all members of our community to a standard of honesty, integrity and communal respect. We believe this is a community in which many different people can learn from one another, thrive, and grow.

 

After much exploration and thought, this year marks the first year of our highly anticipated 1:1 iPad program.  Each student, faculty member, and staff member has been given a new iPad to use as their common tool to enrich our academic environment.   Already, we are seeing our classrooms abuzz with innovative practices, and we are energized by the palpable benefits of powerful technology coupled with solid academic pedagogy.  What I've been most pleased to see is how the iPad encourages interactive seminars, shared discovery, and group work, capitalizing on our small class sizes and dedicated faculty.

You'll be able to find many answers to your admission questions by referring to our FAQ page.  Throughout the fall, members of our team will be available in person to chat more about Branson at school fairs, open houses, and at middle schools around the Bay area.  We hope to see you at one of our admission events, and especially hope that you'll come to visit us here on campus for a daytime visit.
