branson

We warmly welcome visitors and appreciate your time in coming to see us.

If you would like to schedule a visit with our College Counseling Office, please call Lori Meaney, at (415) 455-7145 to set up a time. We have a school-wide assembly on Monday and Thursday from 9:50 to 10:20 am; advisor meetings from 9:50 to 10:20 every Friday; and on Wednesday the school day begins at 8:45 am. Otherwise, appointments are available from 8 am until 2:10 pm throughout the school day.

We realize that we are a bit out of the way, so if you need a refresher on how to get here, or if this is your first time visiting Branson, click here for directions. You will find not only driving directions, but also a campus map. The College Counseling Office is located in the Student Commons. Please use the Visitor Parking spaces located in the front of the Library.

If you come during our lunch period (11 am to 1 pm), we hope that you will join us for lunch and take the opportunity to meet some of our faculty and students – and the food is not bad either.

If, however, you find yourself dashing between visits or just craving a great burger, we have listed below some local eateries where you can grab a sandwich or a quick breakfast. San Anselmo, the charming small town next to Branson, has one long business street filled with good food options; these are just a few.

Barton’s Bagels
333 San Anselmo Avenue
All kinds of bagels and toppings, and a decent cup of coffee.

Hilda’s Coffee Shop
639 San Anselmo Avenue
If you are longing for a decent, old-fashioned greasy spoon, you have found it here.

Royal Sweet Bakery
639 San Anselmo Avenue
Missing Dunkin’ Donuts? At Royal Sweet you will find the sugar you need in their sweet variety of doughnuts.

Bubba’s Fine Diner
566 San Anselmo Avenue
An upscale diner with home-style cooking – think meatloaf, cornbread, buttermilk pancakes – and a good milkshake.

Comforts
335 San Anselmo Avenue
Best known for its Chinese Chicken Salad, Comforts has both a deli with sandwiches and salads to go, and a sit down restaurant. A favorite early morning coffee-and-scone place.

Phyllis Giant Burgers
2202 4th Street
San Rafael
Just a little further afield, but a great burger and fries and good milkshakes. Not much sit-down capacity and definitely falls in the bare-bones diner category.

We look forward to welcoming you to Branson!

Warm regards,
Alistair and Susan
